Gulf Shores 2009

We had such a good time at the beach this year. The kids still love playing in the sand and searching for sea shells. And, me, well I still like sitting in my chair right along the water!

We tried a new restaurant (well, new to us) this year, "The Hangout", and it was really good. It was very kid-friendly.

Poor Bryson. The very first time we step on the sand he gets cut. We searched & couldn't find any glass so it had to have been a shell that cut him. After that he wouldn't get up he just sat on his towel & played with the sand. But, the next day he was all over the beach

Great Camp Out-May 2009

We finally set up the tent and camped out in the backyard last Fri. night. The kids loved it. Me, not so much. I didn't sleep hardly any so I was plain exhausted the next day. We so need a camper, then I would totally be on board with it!

The kids were totally pumped.

I did enjoy lounging around the fire with my family. :)

Mmmmm-roasting marshmallows...burn em', eat the top layer & then burn em' again!
